  • As an authorized service provider of several industry-leading manufacturers such as HP and Xerox, MAPS provides extended manufacturer in-warranty and post-warranty offerings.  HP Care Pack Services and Xerox Extended Service Agreements are several examples of offerings in this category that MAPS is able to administer and maintain.    
  • Our depot exchange service means sending your equipment directly to our national depot service center headquarters in Lenexa, KS for repair, maintenance, or quick exchange.  At our depot service center, our certified service department uses vast diagnostic and repair technologies to provide fast, efficient and high-quality warranted repairs which ensure the timely return of your original equipment.
  • For demanding output environments and business- critical devices, MAPS is able to customize any service plans and programs to meet your objectives and strategies.

  • Includes labor & travel to perform semi-annual, preventative maintenance 10-point service inspections & cleanings
  • 2-4 hours average service response time in-network
  • A time and material service plan (also known as break/fix) allows you the flexibility to pay for maintenance and repairs only as you need them. You can utilize time and material service as often as you need it.  This type of service is available for both depot and on-site service plans.
  • Service labor hours purchased in advance for incremental block hours and used at your convenience.
  • May be used for any service request for hardware repair,connectivity issues,installations,and system or equipment moves relative to servers,PC's,printers,and facsimilies-excluding multifunctional devices and wide-format printers (plotters).
