UPS Ground is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship UPS Ground for $15. These rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and international shipping are quoted on request.
- When it ships: orders placed by 3 p.m. CT on business days ship the same day from our Leavenworth warehouse or a nationwide distribution center, and arrive in 1 to 3 business days by UPS or FedEx, depending on your shipping zone. Items sourced from a distributor may ship separately, straight from their warehouse.
- Tracking: you receive tracking by email when your order ships. Signed-in customers can also see it under Orders.
- Large devices: copiers, floor-standing MFPs and other heavy items ship by freight, quoted separately. Delivery, setup and removal of old equipment are available in the Kansas City area.
- Local delivery: customers near Kansas City may get local delivery from MAPS. Ask us when you order.
- Damage: if a box arrives damaged, note it with the driver if you can, and tell us within 2 business days. We will replace the item or file the claim with you.
- Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. MAPS still helps with any carrier claim.
