The four PrintMatrix® programs
- mpsONE: complete print-as-a-service. All of print as one monthly subscription: the device, unlimited printing, toner, service, parts, kits, monitoring and support.
- mpsExpress: turn-key fleet management. Manage and optimize the fleet you already run, any mix of brands, on a cost-per-page basis.
- mpsONE Flex: distributed print-as-a-service. Standardized Kyocera devices staged and shipped to branch offices and remote workers at one all-inclusive per-device rate.
- mpsAdvantage: admin-free managed print. OEM toner at an established price for a one- to three-year term on your Kyocera, HP or Brother devices, with service and parts covered, and no software or meter reads required.
No tiers. No upgrades.
None of these is the premium version of another. The right one follows from your fleet and your finance preferences, not from which program MAPS would rather sell. Many organizations run more than one; mpsExpress at headquarters with mpsONE Flex for the remote team is a common pairing.
