GO Zebra Trade-In 2026: Turn Aging Technology into an Upgrade Opportunity

GO Zebra Trade-In 2026 rebate ranges GO Zebra Trade-In 2026 rebate ranges

The GO Zebra Trade-In Program lowers the cost of moving to qualifying new Zebra technology, and it accepts eligible legacy equipment from other manufacturers, not just older Zebra devices.

Current rebate ranges

  • Mobile computing: $20–$250, with selected competitive replacement bonuses.
  • Barcode scanning: $25–$35 on qualifying scanners.
  • RFID: $30–$200 on qualifying sleds, readers and mobile RFID devices.
  • Printing: up to $550, where selected printer totals include an applicable Zebra OneCare™ rebate.

Rebates vary by qualifying product, and Zebra may add or remove products during the program year. MAPS confirms the current position before you commit.

How it works

  1. Purchase qualifying new Zebra products from a Zebra Business Partner such as MAPS.
  2. Claim: register the rebate and submit the reseller invoice and serial numbers.
  3. Authorization: after approval, Zebra issues a Trade-In Merchandise Authorization and return instructions.
  4. Return the qualifying legacy devices with the provided labels. Zebra pays qualifying return shipping.

The 90-day rule: the claim and the device return must both be completed within 90 days of the reseller invoice date. It is the most common reason a claim fails.

Worth knowing

  • Rebates are one-for-one with the qualifying products purchased, and there is no minimum quantity.
  • The rebate is based on the new Zebra product purchased, not the value of what you trade in.
  • Trade-ins must be in the same product portfolio. A printer does not trade against a mobile computer.
  • GO Zebra generally cannot be combined with Zebra special pricing unless Zebra says otherwise.

Replace the right thing

A trade-in rebate is useful when a refresh is already justified. It is not, by itself, a reason to replace working equipment, and we will tell you when that is the case. Send us a device list, model numbers or photos, and we'll identify likely candidates and the rules that apply. Running a warehouse? Ask about our STRIPES™ warehouse assessment.
